I was out on the porch with some (instant, but still delicious) Thai iced tea, some tunes, a few hours of daylight left and a few piles of grading. After grading a stack of assignments I was slipping into some this-is-endless discouragement, when out of the masses of "Use the new vocabulary in a sentence" exercises emerges the following:
"I want to teacher Ellen pleased with my achievements."
Done and done! A+ in my heart. Now, on to the grammar...
